If he likes the product and does nothing, he would be charged for the cost of the product in 2 to 3 monthly installments.  If someone is not completely satisfied, he can call customer service within 30 days of receipt of the product, return the product jars within two weeks as instructed, and avoid being charged. If he is following instructions, he can also get a full refund of the product purchase price, less shipping and processing costs.

If the 30 days time line passes by for any reason, the user cannot send back the merchandise or expect a refund. People who are talking about a Hydroxatone scam have not read these terms and conditions in full detail. If they had been thorough, they would not be facing any issues.
